Refund policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product and shall require a Return Authorization.  All returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and accompany proof of purchase.  In the event of a defective product claim, Purchaser shall furnish Crooked Horse Trading Co. photographs of the item on request prior to receiving a Return Authorization. The Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Crooked Horse Trading Co. reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not follow these guidelines.  Authorized returns/refunds will be processed by Crooked Horse Trading Co. within 3 business days of receipt of returned item.  All personalized , "made to order", and/or customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless due to gross error on the part of Crooked Horse Trading Co..
